Shipping Costs

Normal ground delivery within the United States is FREE.


For deliveries using the Express shipping service, following costs apply:

1-day express:

$ 20.00 (not available for Alaska / Hawaii) - Order before 11:30am and receive your order the next day.

2-day express:

$ 12.00

Alaska / Hawaii: The currently available shipping option is 2-day with FedEx ($35.00).

1-day express:

First delivery attempt on the following business day, if order is placed by 10:30 AM eastern time.

2-day express:

Currently, purchases made on wolfordshop.com can only be shipped to the United States. Customers living abroad can order through the country-specific online shops. Orders are delivered within 4 days (this indication is for information purposes only). Deliveries are made from Mondays - Fridays, on weekends and on public holidays there are no deliveries.

All domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx ground, unless you choose an expedited shipping method during checkout.

Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be subject to applicable sales tax. Your orders will be shipped out promptly after we receive them. We will notify you via the email address that you provide if there is any issue with your order. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
    You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
  • CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    As soon as your order leaves our logistics department, you will receive an e-mail with further details on the delivery date. In this e-mail you will find a link that allows you to determine the exact transport status of your shipment online.
  • WHEN PLACING MULTIPLE ORDERS, DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS FOR EACH ORDER?
    If you choose the "standard delivery" option, you do not have to pay shipping costs it is always free of charge. However, if you have selected "Express Delivery", you must pay the costs for each individual order. Furthermore, once an order has been completed in the online shop it cannot be combined with another order.
  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
    We will deliver to any location in the country that each online shop serves. Unfortunately we cannot deliver packages internationally. Please find the online shop that serves the country where you would like your package shipped in order to avoid confusion.
