How high are the postage costs?

Ground service: USD 8 (Alaska/Hawaii: USD 15)
1-day express: USD 20 (Alaska/Hawaii: USD 35)

When will my item be delivered?

Ground service: approx. 3-6 business days; Alaska/Hawaii, approx. 7-9 days.
1-day express: first delivery attempt on the following business day, if order is placed by 10:30 AM eastern time.
2-day express: first delivery attempt on the second business day after all orders placed by 10:30 AM eastern time.

As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email. The email will contain a link that you can use to track the exact transport status of your shipment online.

How much is the minimum order value?

A minimum order of USD 19.95 is required.

Do you deliver abroad?

Products ordered from www.wolfordshop.com can only be delivered to recipients within the United States.

Which delivery addresses are excluded in my country?

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We temporarily do not deliver to shipping addresses in Massachusetts.

I would like to cancel my order.

It is our goal to send your orders to you as quickly as possible. We may begin processing your shipment immediately after your order is placed, which means it can no longer be canceled. Please contact our customer service department to find out whether it is still possible to cancel the order.

Can the online boutique provide information about the subsequent availability of individual items?

Unfortunately, the online boutique cannot provide any information about the availability of individual products. We will attempt to deliver sold-out basic articles as soon as possible. Featured special products cannot normally be delivered at a later date because they are seasonal items.

Price changes after an order has been placed

The price listed at the time of ordering applies to the order. Unfortunately, we cannot make price adjustments for products that have already been ordered.

Can I return goods and who pays for this?

Yes, you can return the delivered goods within 7 days. The costs and risk of the returns consignment are borne by the customer. Please note that the shipping charge on returned products is not refundable.

It is not possible to return goods bought online at stationary boutiques.

Enclose the completed packing slip with the returns consignment.

Where do I send (ONLY) complaints about product defects?

If, despite our careful quality control, you have a complaint about products purchased from the online boutique, please send these items back to us, with the reason for return given as "Defective Unit - 1." Please contact our customer service department to receive a credit for the shipping costs.
Please note that for organizational reasons you may only return products that were purchased from the Wolford online boutique. Please always return products to their place of purchase. This allows us to process them quickly and easily. Thank you.

How can I become a Wolford customer?

You can register as a Wolford customer at the time of your first order and receive a customer number.

Logging in to the Shop does not work.

Enter your email address and personal password in the "My Login" box. You can also use the "Generate new password" option to receive a password hint, if necessary. In order to guarantee the security of your data, the hint will be sent to the same email address you used when registering for your customer account. Your new password, which you can personalize as you wish, will also be sent to the email address in our system. Since only you and other authorized persons can access your email account, your password will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Can I see my account data on the internet?

You can easily and quickly change your name, address and email address online on your "My Wolford" page, under "My Addresses."

Payments by credit card

We accept the following cards: Euro/Mastercard, AMEX and Visa. Your credit card will not be charged until we have shipped the items you ordered.

Credit card verification code:
In order to make your online transactions even more secure, you must enter a card validation code (CVC2 or CVV2 number) for credit-card payments. This number is not stored in the magnetic strip of the credit card, and it is not printed on receipts. Asking for this validation code allows us to ensure that the customer is in possession of the credit card, and it prevents unauthorized third parties from improperly using credit-card numbers to place orders.
For Visa and EuroCard/MasterCards, the card verification code is a three-digit code printed above and to the right of the signature strip, sometimes next to the repeated credit-card number.

In order to ensure the security of your credit-card information, all of your data will be sent using an encrypted SSL server to protect it from interference by third parties.

In general, the following rule applies to all credit-card payments: in the event of inappropriate use of your credit card by an unauthorized party, you can lodge a complaint with your credit institute. In the event of a violation, you will receive a refund.

Where and how can I order Wolford catalogues?

Since Wolford is not a traditional mail-order company, there is no catalog. The online boutique offers an extensive product overview and product information.
