  • Purchases made on wolfordshop.com can only be shipped within the United States. Customers living abroad can order through the country-specific online shops.
  • Deliveries are made on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends and National Holidays. 
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • All domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx ground, unless an expanded shipping method is chosen at checkout. 
  • Orders shipped to addresses in the United States will be subject to applicable sales tax. Order notifications, tracking and updates will be automatically sent to the email address on file with your purchase.
  • Should you wish to return your item(s), please use the complimentary return label in your package within 30 days of receipt. See more
  • Once your package is marked as successfully delivered, we assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you wish to start a Fedex lost or stolen package investigation, please contact our customer service team directly at service.usa@wolford.biz or +1 800 488 3906. Please note, Fedex missing package investigations can take up to 16 business days to complete and we're unable to issue any refunds while a Fedex investigation is underway. Once the Fedex investigation is completed a Wolford customer service representative will reach out to you directly.
